Unable to restore App Store purchase


I subscribe to SQLPro Studio through the Mac App Store. Unfortunately, my computer seems to have passed the renewal date without recognizing that I've paid for the app. I called Apple and confirmed that I'm still subscribed to SQLPro Studio and also can see in my App Store account page that it's paid for and I'm current through October 25th. The issue is that when I click "Restore Purchase" in the app to try and get the app to recognize my subscription, nothing happens. I use the app on a work computer so the "Start Trial" button won't work either, as I can't initiate new purchases on this computer (but I was able to recognize my subscription and user SQL Pro Studio before). Any suggestions? The enter license key button works but I don't have a key since I'm a monthly subscriber.
