We purchased 3 licenses and are unable to activate the 3rd license.   Do you have any ideas on what we can do?

  • Hey Doug... generally when there is an issue activating a bulk license, the user is attempting to use his/her own email rather than the email associated with the purchase. Please confirm the user is using the proper email address. If you are still having an issue, please email me directly --> kyle @ with a screenshot showing 'invalid license' on the license dialog. I should be able to resolve the issue from that.
